    There are many different areas of psychotherapy, both for adults individually and for families, children and adolescents. So everyone can choose the specialist who is best suited for you. After all, an important factor in psychotherapy is compatibility on a personal level.

    Gestalt Therapy

    Gestalt Therapy is a humanistic method of psychotherapy based on the principle of holism. That is, it considers human mental processes from the point of view of the integrity of thoughts and emotions, body and mind, individual characteristics and the environment. We look at a person as a single system, guided by acceptance and respect for their uniqueness.

    It is a semi-philosophical paradigm. It develops and requires curiosity about oneself, immersion in the inner and outer world. Therefore, the result of such therapy is profound changes not only at the level of behavior and solving a specific problem, but also at the level of perception of the world and one's own values. Gestalt therapy can significantly improve your awareness, and at the same time, the quality of your life in the long run.

    A special place in therapy is occupied by responsibility - the client learns to make conscious life choices, taking into account their own needs, feelings, values, and fears.

    Narrative exposure trauma therapy

    Trauma therapy is a branch of psychotherapy that focuses on helping people who have experienced traumatic events such as physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, natural disasters, wars, accidents, and other forms of severe stress. The goal of trauma therapy is to help people heal and recover from trauma, improve mental health, and enhance the quality of life.

    The peculiarity of narrative-exposure therapy is that this trauma therapy focuses not only on individual traumatic memories, but also primarily on the context of memories, restoring and rethinking them in the history of a lifetime. Working with autobiographical memories gives this therapy a unique place in trauma therapy.

    The client begins to recall where the event happened, when it happened, and how it happened, which is very important because post-traumatic disorders are memory disorders. Therefore, the consistent reconstruction of life events, both dramatic and pleasant, helps to process the trauma and give it new meanings.

    Career guidance

    Vocational guidance is a process aimed at helping people choose a profession that best suits their interests, abilities, personal characteristics and the needs of the labor market. The goal of career guidance is to ensure a person's successful professional realization.

    Adolescents
    Comprehensive adolescent career guidance consists of two parts. These are testing (two hours long) and consultation (one and a half hours). I order the test from the provider, so I usually ask you to pay for the career guidance package before the test. After receiving payment, I provide you with a link to the test within 1-2 days. The test is preferably taken from a computer or laptop online. After passing the test, we arrange a meeting time.

    Adults
    Adult career guidance is conducted without testing, according to my own methodology. The result allows you to put together your own ideas about interests, abilities, motivation, personality, etc. And make the most optimal choice. The program lasts an hour and a half.
